Lucas Thorn wasn’t born a cheater. All it took was a single moment—say, a certain disastrous incident on the night before his wedding—and boom. Reputation destroyed forever and always. So now he owns it. He has a lady friend for every night of the week (except Sundays—God’s day and all), and his rules are simple: No commitments. No exceptions.

But a certain smart-mouthed, strawberry blonde vixen is about to blow that all to hell.

Avery Black has never forgiven Lucas for cheating on her sister. And suddenly being forced to work with him is pretty much a nightmare on steroids. Of course, it does afford her the opportunity to make his life as difficult as possible. But no good revenge scheme comes without payback. Because he didn’t become the Lucas Thorn without learning a few things about women.

Now Avery’s lust for vengeance has turned into, well, lust. And if Lucas stops cheating, it’s definitely not because he’s falling in love…

ARC received in exchange for an honest review.

This was a hilarious read. It really had me laughing so hard at the utter ridiculousness of the characters. Their families were insane, and the drama was not too heavy for it to be too much.

Lucas has been branded a cheater, because of a huge misunderstanding. Well, he was about to make a mistake, but he just didn’t make the one he intended to. Now, he’s a VP at a tutoring company, and is playing the field quite often. Avery and Lucca meet again when she starts working for the same company as he is.

I’m gonna be honest here. This was kind of awkward to read. I have 2 other sisters, and I just cannot imagine being in a relationship with their exes. It just really grosses me out. I couldn’t get over that with Avery and Lucca, so I cringed whenever I read about them doing something beyond holding hands.

Aside from that weird sister’s ex thing situation they got going on, this was an enjoyable read!
