Review: Until Jax (Until Him #1) by Aurora Rose Reynolds

I was so happy when I received my ARC! Jax was someone who I really wanted to read about. Jax is Lilly and Cash’s son from Until Lilly. He is all grown up now, and he has finally found his “boom”. Ellie has just escaped from her captors. She was being trafficked, and Jax saw her when she just escaped with his cousin, July. He was instantaneously captivated by her.

Ellie was also captivated by Jax, but she really needed to focus and get back to her daughter. When Jax and Ellie pick Hope up from her aunt, she’s ready to move on from her life, but she doesn’t know what to do and where to start. Jax offers (more like demands) that she and Hope stay with him for the time being. Ellie was a bit more resistant compared to the author’s other heroines, but not so much that it became an angsty read.

Jax was so sweet and caring with Hope! It was so funny and heartwarming, reading about their interactions. Hope has Jax wrapped around her tiny finger.

This was a sweet and easy read. I was in a reading slump, and Until Jax got me out of it. I can always count on this author to deliver a light and easy read.
